Eureka!

I have found it.
Yesterday I was absentmindedly watching tv and a milk commercial came on. I recognized the song in the background as some song sped up and played at a higher octave. I couldn't figure out what the song was called, but I did know that I heard it in some romantic comedy. So I sat there, in my room, on my shag rug contemplating...and then out of nowhere, it came to me.
